RAISE

RAISE (Reflection and Advancement in Integrated Student Employment) is a program at LASUSTECH that fosters meaningful connections between students’ academic learning, student employment experience, and professional development. Through brief, structured conversations, student employees and supervisors collaborate to highlight transferable skills that enhance both classroom and workplace success.

STELLAR

STELLAR (Student Training for Excellence in Leadership, Learning, and Results) is a career readiness and leadership development program for student employees. STELLAR provides supervisors the opportunity to improve job performance and satisfaction in student employees and elevate the competitiveness of on-campus jobs.
